All of our work carries the following guarantees:
Service
If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our technician(s) smoke, swear, are not drug-free, do not wear shoe covers, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service
Repairs
We guarantee that the repairs on your equipment are Fixed Right Or The Repair Is Free?. If a repair fails during the season, we will repair it again absolutely free. Specific repairs are guaranteed for one year or the repair is free.
Replacement
We guarantee that the equipment we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction, we will replace it at no charge or remove it and refund your investment.
All of our equipment and system replacement work carries the following selected guarantees based on the equipment involved (applicable guarantees will be specified on the proposal provided):
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed in your home will heat or cool your home as we have stated. If the temperature range we have promised is not achieved, we will replace the system at no charge.
No Lemons Guarantee
If the compressor in your air conditioner fails once in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.

Utility Savings Guarantee
You will save a minimum of 30% on your heating and cooling costs or
we will refund double-the-difference of your savings not realized
during the first year.
(if your system is not meeting guaranteed savings, you must notify us immediately
to allow us to evaluate your system's performance)
$500 No-Frustration Guarantee
If your system breaks down during the first year and it leaves you without heating or cooling, and we fail to repair it within 24 hours, we will pay you $500 for your inconvenience.
$500 Installation Date Guarantee
If we do not have your new system operating by the date promised, we will pay you $500 for your convenience.
Property Protection Guarantee
All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames are protected. Damaged property will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used on all work and traffic areas.
100% Money Back Guarantee
We guarantee that the equipment we have installed will perform as we have stated. If the system does not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction, we will remove it and return 100% of your investment.
